MoonSauce LLC, doing business as MoonSauce Agency ("MoonSauce," "we," "us") is a digital marketing agency located at 34 Main St, Unit 1C-B, Toms River, NJ 08753. This policy covers moonsauceagency.com and the information we handle when you visit the site, use our free tools, book a call, or work with us. Information you give us
- Contact and booking details: your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you write in a form, a booking note, or an email when you reach out, request an estimate, or schedule a call.
- Calculator estimates: if you choose to email yourself an estimate from our pricing or budget calculators, we receive the email address you enter along with the estimate inputs, so we can send it and follow up.
- Client engagement information: if you become a client, we collect what the engagement requires (billing details, account access you grant, campaign data). Client work is also governed by the written agreement we sign together.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the source that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies for this. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
Our free tools
The calculators on this site run in your browser; the numbers you enter are not saved unless you explicitly choose to email yourself the result. The AI visibility checker fetches publicly available pages of the domain you enter (the homepage, robots.txt, llms.txt, the sitemap, and a sampled content page), grades them, and returns the result to you. We do not store the domains you check, the results, or build any list from them.
Analytics and advertising
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages get read and which buttons get clicked. If we run advertising for ourselves, we may use conversion measurement tags so we know whether our own marketing works. These tools may set cookies. You can limit cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working.
Scheduling and forms
Our booking calendar and contact forms are powered by a third-party CRM and scheduling platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel). When you book a call or submit a form, the information you enter is processed by that platform on our behalf so we can manage the conversation. Their processing is limited to providing the service to us.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, send the estimates you request, and hold the calls you book.
- To deliver services to clients and run the engagement you hired us for.
- To measure and improve the site, our content, and our own marketing.
- To protect the site against abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the past.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not use the data you enter into our free tools to cold-pitch you. Running a calculator is not opting in to anything.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate: website hosting, the CRM and scheduling platform above, analytics, and email. Each one is limited to processing on our behalf. Beyond that, we disclose information only if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information).
Data retention
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, plus a reasonable period after, then delete it. Client records are kept as long as the engagement and applicable law require. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set by the analytics tool.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of whether your state technically requires it: email admin@moonsauceagency.com with what you want and we will handle it within 30 days. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing, which is easy, because we do neither.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold: encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No website can promise perfect security, so we keep what we collect to a minimum.
Changes to this policy
When our practices change, we update this page and the effective date above. Material changes get a visible note rather than a silent edit.
